Moving location to the East Midlands in order to complete the Kent Speedway season for 2021 hasn’t changed the club’s weather-woes with the fixture scheduled for Sunday (31st. October) falling victim to the rain – an EIGHTH rained-off ‘home’ fixture of the season.
The news the club were dreading came early evening when the hard-working track curators at Leicester Speedway made contact to conclude that there is no possibility of racing at the Paul Chapman Arena on Sunday, with the track waterlogged at present with further heavy & sustained rain forecast for Sunday morning.
The National League match, Kent Iwade Garage Royals v Armadale Devils (NL) is therefore cancelled and sadly, with the season deadline reached, there is no re-run date possible.
